Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Stonewall Security collects through swsokc.com, our forms, our email program and our text message program; why we collect it; who we share it with; and the choices you have.

Effective August 25, 2026 Last revised August 25, 2026 Version 1.0

01 Scope

Stonewall Security ("Stonewall Security," "we," "us," or "our") is a security and investigations company based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This Privacy Policy applies to personal information we collect through this website, our online forms, phone and email correspondence, our email marketing program, and our text messaging (SMS) program.

It does not apply to information governed by a separate written agreement with a client, to information handled under an active investigative engagement, or to third-party websites we link to. By using this site or opting into our messaging programs, you agree to the practices described here.

02 Information We Collect

We collect only what we need to respond to you and deliver our services.

Identity & contact
Name, business or organization name, email address, mobile and landline phone numbers, and mailing or service address.
Inquiry details
The service you are interested in, timing, location, budget range, and anything you choose to write in a message field, including files or photographs you attach.
Employment information
For applicants: work history, licensing and certifications, availability, résumé, and the answers you give on our application form.
Messaging preferences
Whether you opted in to email or text messages, the date and method of that consent, and any later opt-out.
Billing information
Billing name, billing address, invoice history, and payment status. We do not collect or store full payment card numbers — card and bank details are entered directly with our payment processor.
Technical & usage
IP address, browser and device type, referring page, the pages you view, and approximate region. See Cookies & Analytics.

We do not ask for and do not want Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, financial account numbers, health information, or other sensitive identifiers through this website. Please do not send them through a web form. If a background check or licensing process requires that information, we will collect it separately and tell you how it will be used.

03 How We Collect It

  • Directly from you — our contact form, careers application, requests for a consultation, email, phone calls, and text messages you send us.
  • Opt-in points — website forms with an unchecked consent checkbox, written or verbal consent captured during onboarding, and paper or in-person sign-up where an opt-in disclosure is displayed.
  • Automatically — cookies and similar technologies when you browse the site, as described below.
  • From service providers — delivery, engagement and error data reported back to us by the email, messaging, hosting and analytics providers listed in Section 07.

04 How We Use Information

  • To respond to inquiries, quote work, and schedule consultations.
  • To deliver security, patrol, executive protection, event and investigative services, and to communicate about active assignments.
  • To send transactional messages you asked for — scheduling confirmations, on-site arrival and coverage notices, invoices, and account notices.
  • To send marketing email and, where you have separately opted in, marketing text messages about our services, availability and offers.
  • To evaluate job applications and manage hiring and licensing requirements.
  • To bill for services, collect payment, and keep required financial records.
  • To maintain the security and integrity of this site, detect abuse and fraud, and troubleshoot errors.
  • To understand which pages and services people find useful, so we can improve them.
  • To comply with law, respond to lawful requests, and establish or defend legal claims.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces a legal or similarly significant effect on you.

05 Mobile & Text Message Data

If you provide a mobile phone number and opt in to receive text messages from us, we collect your mobile number, the record of your consent (date, time and the form or method used), the messages exchanged, and delivery status information returned by your carrier.

Mobile opt-in — required disclosure

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of data are subject to the sharing described in this Privacy Policy. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except that we use messaging service providers strictly to transmit our own messages on our behalf, and those providers are contractually prohibited from using your mobile information for their own marketing purposes.

You can stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. Full details of the program — message types, frequency, rates, and the HELP and STOP commands — are in our SMS / Text Messaging Policy.

06 Cookies & Analytics

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies. Strictly necessary storage keeps the site working — remembering your analytics consent choice, for example — and cannot be switched off. Analytics cookies are only set after you accept them.

Strictly necessary
Stores your consent choice and basic session state. Always active. No advertising use.
First-party analytics
Our own page-view and navigation measurement, hosted on our infrastructure. Runs only after you grant consent.
Google Analytics 4
Aggregate traffic measurement with IP anonymisation, loaded under Google Consent Mode and gated on your consent.
Advertising / retargeting
Not used. We do not run cross-site advertising pixels on this website.

You can change or withdraw analytics consent at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, and most browsers let you block or delete cookies outright. Blocking cookies will not prevent you from using the site or contacting us. We do not respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals, because there is no common standard for them; our consent banner is the control that governs analytics here.

07 How We Share Information

We share personal information only in the situations below, and only to the extent needed. Every service provider we use is bound to handle your information for our purposes alone.

Email & SMS delivery
Intuit Mailchimp — sends our marketing email and, where applicable, our text messages, and reports delivery and engagement back to us.
Payments & invoicing
Intuit QuickBooks and QuickBooks Payments — issues invoices, processes card and bank payments, and keeps our accounting records.
Hosting & delivery
Vercel — serves this website and our form-handling endpoints.
Database & file storage
Supabase — stores form submissions, job applications and uploaded files behind authentication and row-level security.
Analytics
Google Analytics 4 — aggregate traffic measurement, consent-gated.
Professional advisers
Attorneys, accountants and insurers, where needed and under a duty of confidentiality.
Legal & safety
Law enforcement, courts or regulators when required by law, valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property or safety of any person.
Business transfer
A successor entity in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy continuing to apply.

Where we act on a client's behalf during an engagement, information we gather in the course of that work is handled under the terms of the engagement and applicable Oklahoma licensing rules.

08 We Do Not Sell Your Data

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not rent, trade or otherwise release contact lists to data brokers, list resellers, lead generators or affiliates. As stated in Section 05, mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

09 Data Retention

  • Inquiries that do not become engagements — retained while there is an active conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted.
  • Client records — retained for the length of the engagement and afterwards for as long as required by contract, insurance, licensing rules and applicable law.
  • Job applications — retained for the hiring cycle and for a reasonable period afterwards in case another suitable role opens.
  • Marketing subscribers — retained until you unsubscribe or opt out.
  • Opt-out records — retained indefinitely. When you opt out we keep the minimum record needed to honour that opt-out and to demonstrate compliance; this is a suppression record, not marketing data.
  • Analytics — retained in aggregate; identifiers are pruned on an automated schedule.

10 How We Protect Data

Confidentiality is the core of what we do, and we apply the same discipline to your data. Our safeguards include encryption in transit across the entire site (HTTPS with HSTS), a strict Content Security Policy, authenticated and role-restricted access to our administrative portal, row-level access controls on stored records, least-privilege access for staff, and payment card data handled entirely by our PCI-compliant processor rather than by us.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affecting your personal information occurs, we will notify affected individuals and any required authorities as the law directs.

11 Your Choices & Rights

  • Access and correction — ask us what we hold about you and have inaccurate information corrected.
  • Deletion — ask us to delete your information, subject to records we must keep for legal, contractual, insurance or licensing reasons.
  • Email opt-out — use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email, or email us.
  • Text message opt-out — reply STOP to any message.
  • Analytics opt-out — decline the consent banner or clear this site's stored data.
  • Complaints — contact us first; we take these seriously and will work to resolve them.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional statutory rights — including rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended and comparable state privacy laws — such as the right to know the categories of personal information collected and disclosed, the right to delete, the right to correct, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. To exercise any right, email info@stonewallsecurityok.com or call (405) 886-5220. We will verify your request using the contact information we already hold, respond within the timeframe the applicable law requires, and will not charge you for a reasonable request. An authorised agent may submit a request on your behalf with written proof of authorisation.

12 Job Applicants

Information submitted through our careers application — including your résumé and any licensing or certification details — is used to evaluate your application, verify eligibility, and meet Oklahoma licensing and insurance requirements for security personnel. It is visible only to hiring staff and is stored under the same access controls as our other records. Applying does not subscribe you to marketing email or text messages.

13 Children's Privacy

This website and our messaging programs are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and you must be 18 or older to opt in to our email or text message programs. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

15 Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our services, our providers or the law change. The "Last revised" date at the top of this document always reflects the current version, and material changes will be announced on this page. Continued use of the site or our messaging programs after an update means you accept the revised policy.

Make a Request

Four things people usually need after reading these documents, and the fastest route to each. Every one is handled by a person in our Oklahoma City office — not a ticket queue.

  • Access, correct or delete your data

Tell us what you want to know, fix or remove. We verify the request against the contact details already on file and reply within the timeframe the applicable law allows. No charge for a reasonable request.

    info@stonewallsecurityok.com Privacy Policy — §11
  • Stop text messages

Reply STOP to any message from us. One confirmation comes back and nothing follows it. CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, OPTOUT and REVOKE all work the same way — or call us with the number to remove.

    (405) 886-5220 SMS Policy — §06
  • Unsubscribe from email

Use the unsubscribe link in the footer of any marketing email — one click, no login, no survey. Or send us the address and we will suppress it permanently so a later import cannot re-add it.

    info@stonewallsecurityok.com Email Policy — §05
  • Query an invoice or ask for a refund

Send the invoice number and the line items in question. We pull the shift records, patrol logs or case notes behind the charge and come back with what we find, normally within five business days — before you need to involve your card issuer.
